I still miss Mimi.  She was so much fun.  We had so many adventures together between the DCC, Dayton Dolphins and school.  The one that sticks out in my mind was when she wanted to spend the night and I tried to sneak her into my house.  Mom and dad were gone and grandma was staying with all of us.  Grandma thought Mimi was an intruder and chased her around our house with a broom.  I was laughing so hard I couldn't stop grandma.   We laughed about that for years.  I still miss her.

You can visit her grave at Woodland Cemetery.......it is very sad that her life was taken--for any reason--but especially sad that she had to 'pay' for the problems of others...R.I.P. Marion....may we meet again

Wow.....I still miss her, too.  We had so many laughs for so many years!  I guess lots of the memories I have are from spending 2 months every summer for 4 years at Camp Greystone in North Carolina.  We tried to sync our schedules/classes together so we had tennis at the same time, swimming, sailing, canoeing, horseback riding at the same time, etc, etc.  So we were practically joined at the hip at Greystone.  We performed at the Evening Programs with our campers as oh, so many characters!  We did the bit with the Interviewer and  Jose Jimenez before his Space Flight.......hilarious......I think we did that for a 7th grade talent show also.  And one night we had a bunch of girls playing guitars and washboards singing  " They Call It That Good Ole Mountain Dew.....And Them That Refuse It Are Few......Well I'll Hush up My Mug If You'll fill up my Jug....With That Good Ole Mountain Dew"!  We had blacked out teeth and painted freckles on our faces and wore pig tails and hiked up jeans or overalls.  Funny!  ( And, by the way, back then you KNOW Mountain Dew was NOT the soft drink of today!  Ha!)   I like to think that she would still love that crazy stuff and carry that on with her grand kids!!  Love you, Mimi Fox!!!
